ACO-SERVICE A/S is founded in Odense as a limited liability company by the then Abrahamsen & Co. / Niro Atomizer A/S.

1980
The company already employs 35 employees.

1988
ACO Holding ApS is established and takes over ACO-SERVICE A/S. 

1990
ACO-SERVICE buys several buildings on the address in Odense and establishes its own production.

1991
Manufacture of the first filter housings is carried out. Since, filter housings have been an absolute core area in our competence profile. In the wake came removable insulation modules, silencers, ducts etc.

1994
Niro A/S buys back shares of 40 percent.

1998
Through the purchase of a neighbour building ACO-SERVICE extends its workshop on Stenhuggervej in Odense.

2000
ACO-SERVICE buys Niro Combi A/S on Fabriksvej 12-14 in Kolding (the current ACO-Engineering A/S).

2004
We take over the buildings on Fabriksvej 12-14 in Kolding, where the subsidiary ACO-Engineering is located. A major overhaul of the premises commences.

2006
All activities are assembled at the address: Fabriksvej 12-14 in Kolding.

2009
ACO-Holding A/S buys back Gea Niro’s shares
