A substantial part of our 30 years of work involves development and installation of plants for the pharmaceutical industry. Our collaborators are familiar with the existing specific requirements, for example, the sanitary aspects are incorporated from the first phase in the construction process – from design to final choice of materials. We make sure that our plants and the use of them will not in any way have an unintended impact on pharmaceuticals and raw materials. Our agreements on preventive maintenance ensure a continuous supervision of the plants’ condition. Only in this way, we can identify and repair wear before any damage may occur on production. Our installers are trained to engage effectively in the pharmaceutical production, where they take the necessary sanitary precautions. Regarding Turnkey deliveries, which include both mechanical and electrical engineering, we deliver systems that can handle traceability, see GMP and 21 CFR Part 11. Work and equipment are carried out according to existing guidelines and FDA-requirements, if any – including necessary documentation.
